Fleet Culture Architect and Penta Performance Stack creator, he integrates behavioral science, data, and driver narratives to create Complete Vehicle Stewards: 35% fewer crashes, 5–15% fuel savings, millions saved.

His entrepreneurial spirit and relationship-building skills fuel the Academy’s expansion, embedding the Penta Performance Stack into fleets and dealerships for operationally powerful, commercially sustainable transformation.
